Types of Defects We Resolve

We rigorously test the board to isolate and replace individual failed components such as burnt resistors, shorted capacitors, faulty transistors, relays, and damaged IC chips.

50kW Solar Inverter Recovery

Client: Commercial Maize Mill

Challenge: A severe lightning strike bypassed the surge protectors and blew the main power stage of the client's $7,000 3-phase solar inverter, bringing their milling operations to a complete halt.

Solution: Replacing the inverter would have taken 4 weeks of shipping. Instead, CHEEVIC ENERTECH engineers disassembled the unit, identified a cascade failure across several IGBTs and the gate drive circuit, and performed a complete component-level rebuild of the board.
