From Concept to Circuit

Custom electronics repair, design, prototyping, and manufacturing services.

Our Capabilities

Prototype & R&D

We help you turn an idea into a functional prototype, handling the research, design, and development process.

PCB Design & Layout

Our engineers design professional, multi-layered Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) optimized for performance and manufacturability.

Component Assembly

We handle the sourcing of high-quality components and provide precise soldering and assembly services for your devices.

Component-Level Board Repair

Why Repair Instead of Replace?

A faulty circuit board doesn't have to mean expensive replacement. We specialize in component-level diagnostics and repair, breathing new life into your valuable industrial and commercial electronics.

Our lab is equipped for advanced micro-soldering, trace repair, and BGA reballing, allowing us to fix the board itself and save you significant cost and downtime.

Common Equipment We Service:

  • Industrial Drives (VFDs)
  • PLC & HMI Units
  • Power Supplies (PSUs)
  • Inverter & UPS Systems
  • Custom Control Boards

Types of Defects We Fix

The most common repair. We test and replace individual failed components like burnt resistors, shorted capacitors, faulty transistors, and damaged IC chips.

For complex BGA (Ball Grid Array) chips, like on graphics cards or mainboards, we have the equipment to professionally remove, "reball" (re-apply solder balls), and re-seat the chip.

Liquid spills cause corrosion that eats away at traces and component legs. We meticulously clean the board with ultrasonic cleaners and repair any damage caused by the corrosion.

Physical damage or corrosion can break the tiny copper "highways" (traces) on a board. We use micro-soldering techniques to repair broken traces and reconstruct damaged pads.

Our Development Process

1. Discovery & Consultation

We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your concept, technical requirements, and business goals.

2. Schematic & PCB Design

We create the core electronic schematics and design a custom PCB layout using professional CAD tools.

3. Prototyping & Testing

A functional prototype is built and rigorously tested to identify and solve any potential issues in the design.

4. Small-Batch Manufacturing

Once the design is finalized, we can proceed with assembling and delivering a small batch of your finished product.

Case Study: Custom IoT Weather Station

The Challenge: A local agricultural firm needed a low-cost, solar-powered weather station to monitor conditions on their remote farms.

Our Solution: We designed a custom PCB that integrated sensors for temperature, humidity, and rainfall with a cellular modem. We developed the firmware and assembled 20 units.

The Result: The client can now receive real-time weather data from all their farms on a central dashboard, allowing them to optimize irrigation and crop management.
